Tesco, Co-op and others issue urgent product recalls

Tesco, Co-op and a number of other retailers have issued urgent product recalls.

The Food Standards Agency issues ‘Product Withdrawal Information Notices’ and ‘ Product Recall Information Notices’ to let consumers know about problems associated with food.
